1. Login in the cloud user area.
2. Go to your user settings.
3. Click on Update SSH Key
4. Enter your SSH private key. NOTE: This key should start with ssh-rsa and look like the below picture. Once it is entered click on Update SSH Key
You need to make sure that your private key is entered in your profile. If it is not you will not be able to access your instances through SSH with your local public key.
