In November, 2020 we implemented many updates with our client management software. Included with these updates was a new credit card payment module. In order to make the transition to the new module as convenient as possible for our customer, we have temporarily left in place the old module to be used for existing recurring payments.
However, if you need to update your credit card information you will need to update the payment method from "Credit Card (Deactived - No Not Use)" to "Credit Card", when paying your renewal invoice.
