Pensé que sería interesante reflejar mi experiencia como usuario de SimplyHosting en español.
Soy un cliente satisfecho desde hace más de cuatro años. Durante este tiempo no sólo he disfrutado de un hosting seguro y con una performance extraordinaria, sino de la ayuda, siempre puntual y amable, de Gustave Dahl y de su equipo de soporte técnico.
He acompañado el crecimiento de SimplyHosting y mis sitios webs han crecido en esta compañía, como nunca antes lo habían hecho. Estoy agradecido por todo esto y quisiera expresar mi agradecimiento en forma de recomendación a todos aquellos que están ahora mismo dudando sobre el hosting a elegir. price. you are treated fairly by their staff, and the level of support is
impressive. Definitely not what I experienced from other nationally

I have been publishing web sites for over 10 years and have not found any
web hosting services as competently managed as Simply Hosting. The rare
need for customer service is always quickly and pleasantly satisfied.
The spectrum of services for cost is amazing and deeply appreciated by this
individual still trying to do all this "for the thrill of It."

Like many of others have stated, I have been with a number of different hosting companies since 1996. Most were local and although provided adequate service, eventually closed their doors leaving me high and dry. That was the case just after switching my genealogy site over to TNG. Simply hosting was a recommended provider on the TNG site so I thought I would give them a try. Although I had some trouble contacting them on the phone, the owner returned my phone call and offered to move my site at no cost. This was no easy feat as my former ISP had lost their DNS services. It was this personal interest and care that has convince me to be a loyal Simply Hosting client. And as a result I have brought Simply Hosting three new clients all of whom are very happy with the service and the cost.

Just wanted to stop by and say Thanks for the great customer service.
I have been using different hosting companies since 1995. With a number of them I have had issues relating to their servers etc. Simply Hosting is the only company that has gone out of their way to accomodate our needs! Additionally during the transfer and startup of our web site there were a couple of glitches in hookup to which they took care of within minutes of reporting them.
I don't see how the customer support could be much better! So if you are browsing this forum with the idea that you might want to use Simply Hosting as your hosting company . . . . take a good look and give them the opportunity to show their stuff. I have to say that I had NEVER created a website before and I was lost and confused and messed up my site a lot. I lost my whole site once and Gustave got it back for me within 5 minutes! Now that's service. And the hosting is so affordable I can upgrade LOL Thanks Simply Hosting!

I just wanted to say that simplyhosting.net provides an excellent hosting service at VERY affordable prices. I am 100% satisfied with this service and have recommended it to several of my co-workers.
The customer support is also excellent. Whenever I have a problem, someone will respond almost immediately to help.

I don't really like to follow the crowd and do what everybody else does, but i have to jump in line in praise of S/H's support. Being new, I've had problems of my own doing, and things I just didn't know about, but Steve and Gustav have shown extremly prompt responses, and extraordinary patience and courtesy.
I praise Simply Hosting every chance I get (really though, how often does hosting come up in general conversation).
As far as I'm concerned, Simply Hosting is a great example of service for any business.

I have taken a long time to choose my host; hearing many horror stories and I can honestly say that I don't think my decision could have been any better!
I took control of a new clients domain & website recently (http://www.harmonic-health.com) and Steve was extremely helpful with some small issues to do with the DNS. The upshot was that the clients site was only down for 2 hours during DNS transfer; amazing by any standards!
The value for money you guys offer is quite astounding, without even considering the standard of support (which is top class). Even me being based in the UK hasn't had an impact on speeds, quality of service etc.
I am glad to say that if things continue anything like they have been for the first month, then you have a customer for life! I will definitely be recommending you to my friends or anyone else who will listen. Richard Vaughn

I just wanted to say you guys are great, i signed up about 6 weeks ago and have had no problems at all, The tech support has been friendly and fast and has answered all my questions promply and in a friendly manner. I plan on staying with your service a long time and will tell others about the best service I have ever had
My site is still in the making, but is going along smoothly because of this great service.

I just want to let everyone know that Simply Hosting has provided me with full support at a fraction of the cost of most hosting services. They are always polite and very responsive to my needs. When I have a problem we use Yahoo Messenger and work tthrough the problem in a "real-time" mode. Not like other hosting services--they take days to fix problems.

If it's not Simply Hosting then you got it bad. i been with Simply Hosting almost a year no problems what so ever. they are always ready to help, and when i say help they sure do i have messed up my site plenty and they helped restore it also helped me set somethings up that i had no clue about.

I have been reselling hosting services with SimplyHosting.net for about two months. I am quite ignorant about this but started because I had too many personal sites that were nickel and diming me. I realized that this was a natural tie-in to my website design.
I can also provide hosting to some non-profits that I'm involved with and it won't cost me extra.
I've run into a few snags, mostly because of my ignorance about this process. I have had very prompt responses to my problems, mostly from Steve in Australia. I live in Cleveland, Ohio but often find myself working hours of the Hawaiian time zone instead of the Eastern time zone!
I am thrilled to offer my clients services I never had before with my old hosting companies, and I can give them a reasonable price.

My site is fairly hard on system resources, and we've had problems with other hosts for years. We've been moved from one to another several times, due to us crashing servers, vastly exceeding bandwidth etc, unintionally.
The last host we used before Simply Hosting invoiced us a huge amount for our excess bandwidth. When I informed them that at the end of the next billing month I'd be moving hosts, they immediately cut off our service. Fortunately we'd started a backup of our data before the move, but it hadn't been completed when we got cut off.
I got our account set up with Simply, and they were perfect - had the account set up quickly, helped me with payment problems and worked non stop to get our backup installed on their server. I've had some support issues (almost all due to things I've done wrong or didnt understand!) and they were answered very quickly. I've even had instant replies when I bug the guys over IM programs.
The service is very fast - even from here in the UK. The packages have loads of features on offer, more than any other host I've looked at, and even more amazing when you realise how many features you get for the low price!
I don't have a bad word to say about Simply Hosting, definately the best host i've used for a long time. Casp |
